As of Sept. 1, the former QM2A bus is known as the QM20. The bus connects Bay Terrace with midtown Manhattan via Whitestone and Flushing.
“My constituents should know that the QM2A bus is now the QM20, but its service will remain the same,” said Council Member Dan Halloran (R-Whitestone). “Its travel paths, service patterns, hours of service and bus stop locations will not change.”
“This change will reduce customer confusion by making the route label consistent with others in our system,” said Darryl Irick, president of the MTA Bus Company.
